Technical leaders have a decent amount of freedom. The company allows reasonably flexible work hours. The cafeteria at headquarters is nice.

Cons

The company leadership is gradually changing the culture to emphasize a for-profit mindset, yet the company retains its non-profit status. The roots of the company originate within the FFRDC world, so there is an academic sort of heritage that is gradually disappearing.

Company took care of their employees, and made sure they were happy in their positions. They were above the standard as far as technology within the industry. Amr, the CEO, took care of his employees and their wellness as a person, not just a Noblis employee. If you had any issues, it could be brought up to him directly, as he was very down to earth, and even paid for a few lunches.

Cons

Some lack of communication between various departments, when they are achieving the same goal.
