A very ambitious new leadership team has cut staff significantly over the last 18 months in an effort to right the ship and reduce costs that clients won't pay. Leadership trust levels are low and sinking further as "yes" people are installed in place of independent thinkers. Many honest leaders (Officers, Executive Directors, and Directors) have left or are leaving.
