      Pros

      Lots of smart people writing white papers.

      Cons

      Noblis has cancelled health insurance plan access for retirees - an inexpensive reward for long years in a toxic work environment with unreasonable demands on employee time without compensation.

      Pros

      When I first started work at Noblis, I felt very good about working in the best interest of the public. I am proud of many of my accomplishments during my employment. Over the past few years that sense of pride in ones work has been eroded by changing company mandates.

      Cons

      Of all of the places I have ever worked, the extent of cronyism found at Noblis is beyond belief. Though there is a so called performance review process, it is widely known throughout the company that salary increases, bonuses, and promotions are preordained long before the appraisal process concludes.
