Ample opportunity to move within the company to laterally or track into leadership positions Pay and benefits slightly above industry standards Smooth onboarding process

Cons

Benefits are non-negotiable; PTO rates are locked and Tier II amounts start at year 9 Muted company culture - not a lot of true fun events/mixers (i.e. all take place at company sites) Only 10 holidays observed (have not adjusted for Juneteenth)

Noblis has been an amazing place to work. As a newer employee, I have felt nothing but comfortable in the onboarding process. I feel fully equipped to take on any roles in the job. I also feel supported in my personal life and like the company cares about my growth as a professional. Great work environment and benefits as well.
