Good Company, almost all my higher ups are very friendly and very approachable people, and have helped me gain and continue to earn the necessary skills needed to be a good asset.

Cons

The company is going through some growing pains at the time of writing this, and as such there can be some issues that can arise, especially if you do not speak up about the issues you are having.
