      Pros

      Great culture. All levels of staff treat each other with respect. Everyone is approachable and interested in collaborating to move the organization forward. People are challenged and excited about the work they do each day. As a non-profit, the organization reinvests in its people through great benefits, competitive compensation and multiple development opportunities to help people learn and grow. Great workplace flexibility.

      Cons

      In a world of remote/hybrid work, there are still some roles that must report to an office. The organizations does its best to offer as much flexibility as possible.

      Some good managers, flexible schedule, work from home, excellent pay

      Cons

      Proposal department employees worked to the point of burnout (which is a common industry problem because all companies care more about their bottom line than the humans working there).
