Good working environment, multinational and multicultural company, quite clear working processes, bonus delivery, working life balance, new technologies are adopted, great product portfolio

Cons

Very frequent organizational changes and mode of operation, career path is not followed for most employees, many managers with lack of expertise in their own working area
