Pros

Really treat employees well. I got laid-off this time due to the acquisition by Microsoft and received generous compensation package. I was told the package was following Nokia tradition, better than Microsoft policy. At least personally I'm really satisfied.

Cons

Job responsibility is too specified, so hard to gain new knowledge and experience in different areas.
