      Pay and Benefits are pretty great.

      Cons

      Ineffective management, LOTS of employees who have been at GW for 20, 30, 40 years and are very stuck in their ways. Little hope for change. Severely understaffed. Employees and managers taking out their personal issues on others is a part of the gig, unfortunately. Eays to burn out fast. HIGH turnover rate.
