      Flexible team oriented management that's op to everyone ideas in a controlled manufacturing environment.

      Cons

      As a Process Tech it's having to 'Gown-Up and Down' so many times a day since all departments are not in clean-room or CME areas.

      Every other weekend off, but harsh work conditions

      Every other weekend off ( Friday, Saturday, Sunday )

      Cons

      12h shifts, little to no rotation, verry hot environment ( +27° ) and you are fully dress up, verry repetitive job, rude management, disgusting facilities, no benefits ( 4 sick days pay after 1 year in service, no maternity pay, no death in service pay, verry little yearly bonus and that is paid only if you not having any sick days, only 2 people on the shift are allowed to have holiday at the same time )
