Leadership cares about the employees The culture and benefits are top notch There is a commitment to paying for high level talent Mark Newman cares about creating an incredible culture and a place people want to go to work. He did it at HireVue and he’s done it at Nomi.

Cons

No cons. When you’re riding in a rocket ship it might be a little bumpy, but you’re on a rocket. Enjoy the bumps because the reward will be more than worth it.
