Making a difference in healthcare. Nomi Health truly values employees, CEO believes in profit sharing. Very generous salary and benefits. Great co-workers.

Cons

Lots of extra hours required during crunch times. However, the accomplishments achieved make it worth it. It is a start-up company, and the future of any start-up is uncertain.

No vision after covid testing is over. Lab has not developed other tests to keep business viable for future growth.
