Nomi provides great benefits for a start up Able to work from home Time off is as needed and teams often step in to help each other You get a lot of opportunities to make real change within the firm as well as learn many new skills Not a typical 9-5 job

Cons

You often have to go outside your job description since the firm is still growing You will also have to learn new skills on the spot to help with different projects

Innovative environment, fast pace, great leadership. Unlimited potential. The executive leadership team is genuinely vested and care about every single employee. They offer advice and share their knowledge. The overall atmosphere and culture feels like being part of a family. Everyone is willing to jump in and help.

Cons

This is a true start up company. Things are in development. If you’re expecting to have things to be handed to you, this is definitely not your cup of tea.

The leadership team at Nomi has been unbelievable from the beginning. There is a true focus on pushing the limits of what can be done, but also respecting the employees, their time, and commitment to building an incredible company. I've been very impressed by how, in spite of the challenges that come with intense growth, Nomi has weathered the storm and stayed true to its founding principles.

Cons

It's a start-up, everything moves fast. It's not a con, it's just a reality, but it's fun.
