Pros

Nomi's founders are intelligent, ethical, and forward-thinking. Working for a company that values their employees and respects their thoughts and opinions shouldn't be novel, but it is and Nomi does just that. Nomi is fast-paced, exciting, and offers endless opportunities to learn and grow.

Cons

Nomi is not for people that have a can't do attitude. It is also not for people that are rigid and want to punch a clock that operates from 9 to 5. It is definitely not the place for people that do not want to contribute to a shared mission with a great team.

Pros

The benefits are super great so far. Max HSA contribution, decent 401k that was recently implemented good health/dental and stock options. I'm working from home (not in OR, that was the only option I could select). They provide laptop plus equipment for your home office. The work is fast paced and never boring.

Cons

I haven't had any yet. Maybe some ambiguity between others with similar roles, but it doesn't bother me.
