Excellent and unique company to work for

Noble and viable mission, I feel great knowing that I am working to help solve very important problems. At the same time, it doesn't feel like an unattainable dream to accomplish what the company has set out to do. Legendary management team, I have full confidence in management's ability to navigate this very tricky industry in these very challenging times. Interesting and challenging work, I am never bored, I enjoy each day.

Cons

I can't think of any for me. That said, this isn't a typical office job where you can just coast along and not be engaged. So that probably involves a degree of overtime and stress. I think it's worth it.

The company and the leadership really care about the team and are extremely generous. I love the fast-paced, empowering culture and a team that really is making waves and changing the healthcare paradigm. This all-star team is going all the way.

Cons

The fast pace and execution driven culture is not for everyone. Start-ups and disrupting a entrenched industry is messy and not easy. If you are looking for a nine-to-fiver where you can just sit back and phone in your job this is not the place for you.

Fantastic leadership that places trust in their employees. The problems being solved are solving are immensely difficult and immensely needed. Being constantly surrounded by smart, able-minded people. Lots of opportunity for growth for hard workers.

Cons

Nomi Health is an intense start-up which comes with it's normal growing pains. All completely worth it though.
