Great team who are striving to fix the way Health Insurance is done in the United States. I believe in the main goal of Nomi's, fixing health care in the US, and there is a very strong and brilliant team trying to accomplish that feat. Benefits are fantastic: No PTO tracking 401k matching Full Funded HSA

Long work hours No PTO Tracking so you don't think of taking as much time as you should Multiple rounds of layoffs currently

The leads and supervisors are incredible, friendly, and communicative.

Cons

Upper management is tripping, they micromanage and can be overly critical of things unrelated to patient health and safety. IT department refuses to fix system, causing patient difficulties in creating appointments, and ultimately, lost profits.
