Pros

This was by far the most technical coop I've had. It was extremely challenging and stressful. Great job to begin real world scenarios.

Cons

There is too much paperwork in pharma. Improvements take way to long to initiate. To complete tasks every department at the company has to sign-off on an approval.

Pros

Great employer in Wilmington, DE, Good family atmosphere, strong management, forward looking, entrepreneurial, great benefits, chemical engineering team, compliance strong, leadership is outstanding, lot of growth

Cons

Shift work can be tough but comes with the territory, not a place for poor performers, a lot to learn quickly, people with good work ethic can succeed here
