Cons
extremely toxic place. Management team are absolute headhunters- selectively of course. Promotions all over outside Operations, unless your family or a good ole boy you can forget it as an operator. 2 major layoffs in 4 years and both were only about the people they didn't like and not about company vision and we are paying for it now letting knowledgeable operators go. Well over 100 + years of knowledge combined between the people they let go and replaced them with green new guys ( no offense towards them ).
