Pros

Johnson and Johnson is the best company on this Globe. Noramco is not longer a J&J company. Advice: Seek Johnson & Johnson Employment.

Cons

When J&J sold NORAMCO, Management demonstrated unethical decisions/actions. They demonstrated unethical decisions that would have never been conducted while under the rule of Johnson and Johnson. Most of Management only concerned themselves with their own personal interest and self preservation. Performance evaluations were significantly inconsistent. Along the way, they would ignore or coverup unethical work behaviors. Promotions were granted to those who played the game and overlooked unethical behaviors. This is not a Johnson & Johnson Company

Pros

Many employees have spent most of their career at this company.

Cons

The divestment to a PE firm has increased the stress and uncertainty greatly. Older employees are treated much better than younger. There is very limited ability to grow and be promoted. Bonus is now based on 1 company and not J&J portfolio.
