Good benefits and located near Athens.

Cons

Toxic atmosphere. The site has a long history of management turmoil. The alliance that is in power has promoted loyalist to senior roles, some of which are the source of toxicity. Extreme gender discrimination. Overall low morale, extremely political environment, and the kind of toxic atmosphere that ensures everyone is miserable. Most employees have been on site for a decade and continue with the turmoil mentality. Gossip, criticism, and deceit are the gold standards. Avoid this place.

Female leadership truly cared about advancement of careers and tried to find opportunities for growth of employees.

Cons

TONS of sexual harassment going on, inappropriate relationships were rampant... and favoritism was a way of life.
