Pros

Decent salary, good systems infrastructure

Cons

The company was divested from J&J, so now they are reorganizing and letting go ("firing") people. I was hired by the end of 2016 and "let it" go in May 2017. Poor management decision hiring people and five months later firing them, very unprofessional and very irresponsible.

Pros

Never a dull moment in your work and always busy. The pay and benefits were good. Management it engaged and involved. Family atmosphere. Opportunity to do many different task and project work.

Cons

Career advancement slow for some and fast for others. Way too much favoritism shown to "YES" Employees. Lots of Managers in charge that have no idea what there doing. If you are a person of color beware advancement will definitely be slow or none. Yes bias and racism still exist and is alive and well and this company.
