Pros

People with lots of energy tend to thrive in Noramco's fast-paced environment. And for being so fast-paced, the people at Noramco are fairly laid back.

Cons

The training isn't the best. You are kind of just expected to pick up on things as you go. Definitely not the way I would run my company.

Pros

Very good company, very professional and non-political environment; good work-life balance. Everybody was very pleasant there, laid-back (for pharma compared to Pfizer/JNJ elsewhere), and def a very nice office/ collegial environment; good group of people.

Cons

Too bad it was sold off to Halo Pharma (SKP Capital). That changed everything!

Pros

Many opportunities to learn about manufacturing from beginning to end and gain experience on the manufacturing floor working with operations.

Cons

Traffic on the way back into Philadelphia if you leave after 4 pm, but you can come in early and leave early (flex schedule) and then there is no traffic concern.
