Incompetent people (even without a college degree) are leading others just because someone thought that can be done. They don't have any results and are treating people like crap just because they can and know that there will be no consequences because the management approves. 90% of so called "leaders" and "managers" wouldn't be able to find a job outside Nordeus, they are just simple engineers, doing OK job in the programming field, but nothing else. HR department is non-existent except when they need to fire people and they just do what the management tells them. Never stood up for anyone.
