Great group of folks and interesting company--could use some inter-company changes.

Pros

Pays well, nice PTO and benefits, teamwork driven environment, friendly, management encourages a good balance between life and work, really fun and smart people. Management recognizes the input of all employees. Really great well rounded experience. The company is still growing and it was exciting to be a part of it.

Cons

Foreign employees are given preference. HR department is subpar and I never had a feeling that they would help me in a time of need. They royally messed up on a few situations with other employees. And certain employees are not held accountable for their mistakes. Not a lot of room for growth beyond a couple years for many employees at the Chicago office due to lack of middle management.

The benefits were great especially for the size of the company.

Cons

There acciona department lacks the ability to motivate employees. The senior staff also only care for the numbers and don’t see their technicians as people.
