Employees are committed, intelligent, knowledgeable. Good and kind in dealings with others. Collaborative approach. "Get it done" mentality encourages creativity and opportunity.

Cons

New management in Germany is ineffective, unfamiliar with American markets, short-term thinking and poor communicators and planners. Bad strategies based around increasing centralization.
