Nordex India is in a glamours world, projecting positives in marketing, while basic amenties for employees which is common in any MNC. which operates 500+ headcounts (skilled tallent) is properly planned which is currently missing here, unfortunately in the biggest visible city corporate office there are still health issues continuing no proper rest rooms to employees who are infected with current poor maintenance, added to this this week an colleague feel ill due to which he needed to be shifted to hospital. In such emergency again basics are missed example proper wheelchair not available also needed was an ambulance atheist but that isn’t found in such huge campus not a single ambulance is provisioned. Am aware by know there will be a track to find out who is writing such post & if found then the person will be targeted precisely till there is a voluntary exit. Anyways this recent case the employee undergone severe seizure with life risk & was not in full conscious which exposes employee in jeopardy in growing trend of work pressure & basic HSC necessities not provided, so taking this risk here hoping at least the concerned staff shall think of appropriate actions for basic employee welfare.
