Very free at job, sometimes you can totally decide what you do in the company. Since the boss sometimes don't know what to do ,so you can decide what you want to do . Many people will sick for 1 week to 6 months.

Cons

Chaos structure, no correct process, no correctly defined document management system, need to call many people until you find the correct person to get thing done, little team building, little contact to other department
