So far after working here 5 years I have noticed the pay does not scale well for long term employment. Even after multiple conversations with management pay seems to only go up when you get promoted. In my case this means that 2 new hire tech 1's are getting paid 13% more, even though I am a promotion ahead of them.
Support model is onsite only for my position and for engineers in other positions they were converted from mostly remote to mostly onsite. There were also many tech layoffs recently.
Company has become more soulless in the 5 years I've worked here, benefits have gotten worse, and company overall seems to be in a state of saving capital at the moment.
