Pros

Great pay, a lot of overtime offered during the holidays, you can leave is staffing needs are low, supervisors are more like team workers instead of overseers, you can grow close to your time, they provide you with in depth training, everyone is polite, and you have an opportunity to move down the pyramid.

Cons

Supervisors change often and sometimes the employees promoted shouldn't have been. At the same time, it's nice that everyone is given an opportunity, unless the management doesn't like you. Just smile, waive, and laugh to move into their good graces.

Pros

Paid-Time Off Hourly wage Continuous Training Work environment - fast paced Nordstrom Culture Nordstrom gives back to the community - volunteer opportunities.

Cons

Benefits require minimum 130 avg hours worked a month, hard to accomplish when you work less than 40 hours a week. Hire Within = favoritism Never a set schedule - random days off in the middle of the week, always working weekends.
