Pros

- Great people to work with - A lot of internal hires

Cons

- Posting jobs and then taking them down because of a hiring freeze. This has happened multiple times and time has been wasted by taking the time to interview for a job that isn't even open - Technology systems are very old and slow - Can be very political

Pros

Lots of nice people The cafeteria is good

Cons

No accountability. Lots of upper management more interested in the kickbacks from their offshore outsource company than in what's right for the company. It's about who you know, not what you know. Constant course changes and layoffs with no thought behind them Pay is substandard for the industrty.
