Pros

Potential for growth with the company; decent benefits; promotes from within; discount; good business structure; quick advancement; can be rewarding.

Cons

I know many people have liked working there, and I do think it's generally a good company to work for, but I had a disappointing experience in my department due to the lack of professionalism and the immaturity of department manager. She was younger than most managers, acted even younger as far as maturity, wanted her department to be a sorority. She played favorites among her friends in the department, pawing off their work on the others.

Pros

Ability to develop in a focal company that knows retail. Really self reliant you truly decide from day one what your path will be. whether you may be a driven sales person its about making quick business decisions and keeping it simple.

Cons

Some true side effects would be managing what your month will be goal wise, if you have not done retail this is a very fast paced environment that will not slow down until closing.
