Pros

great work ethic, knows the value of customer service, get to build your own business, great products

Cons

competitive in a bad way, power trips, stress, lack of efficiency to computers, performance mainly based on sales and not so much on how you work.

Pros

It's fun to look around the store (on your precisely monitored 15 minute break), the staff is friendly, human resource department is very helpful and has it together, benefits are offered (but not until you work there for 6 months or some ridiculous amount of time)

Cons

Demeaning, bureaucratic... I worked in the spa and they took away internet privileges and stools for the client coordinator to sit when they weren't busy. The job is very boring and requires little to no skill or knowledge. A monkey could literally do this job. You also have to stand for your 8 hour shifts. Maybe that is why they pay hourly and not much more than minimum wage. Also, no commission on products for client coordinators. Overall a terrible job.
