Pros

*The ability to sell whatever you want in all departments and an amazing inventory *promotes from within *works well with my students as far as scheduling

Cons

*Nothing is ever good enough, there is so much pressure put on you to make your sales per hour and personal trade goals *Returns, RETURNS, Returns!! They will eat away your pay check *Awful base pay, under paid

Great hourly+commission. A sense of pride working here. They give you all the tools you need to be successful.

Cons

Long hours on your feet. The expectations are VERY high and you MUST deliver your sales goals. Can be tiring. Like in any retail environment, there can be drama.
