Pros

opportunity for growth benefits 401k discount learn a lot

Cons

there is definitely favoritism between upper and lower managers. run very slim on hours yet constantly piling on more responsibility and they expect everything to be done fast and perfect. They are very greedy in terms of allocating hours to the different depts. We have a huge department and more than a million things to get done everyday yet no help to do it. my employees and i have to kill ourselves everyday just to get a portion of the tasks and responsibilities done. i would be very interested to see how big the rack's profit margin is because they run so lean on hours.

The people that you work with are very nice and friendly. Willing to help you if you need help. Awesome with requesting time off.

Cons

Originally was told that I would be able to work mornings and once I received my schedule I had all evening shifts.

Pros

Good benefits, fun team atmosphere, great people working there, and chance to meet interesting people on the job and make lifetime contacts

Cons

Really bad hours, you are either working all the time or not at all. Doesn't leave much room for an active social life
