Pros

good place to work for, friendly environment, all about customer service. promotes within.

Cons

to much all about cutomer service if you ask me. you can return items without a receit if you make a big fuss about it, this promotes a problem with returns and for loss prevention, makes company loose more money.

Pros

This is a great company to work for if you desire to move up quickly. The company is opening many new stores and has a 'promote from within' philosophy. The pay is competitive.

Cons

Support departments (non-sales) : the company is changing so rapidly that often times considerations are not taken with regard to support departments and how much is added to the work load as changes are made. It seemed impossible to complete core tasks during a regular workweek when there were so many immediate concerns and interruptions that had not been a concern previously. 'Promote from within' also leads to many premature promotions and promotions based on favoritism.
