Pros

Fabulous reputation. The bonus structure rewards individual and team performance. A promote from within culture. Plenty of opportunity - particularly if you are willing to move or relative to other companies if one does not have a college degree.

Cons

Little training. Promote from within culture is changing - more and more promotions are going to external candidates. The very competitive culture sometimes results in an environment that is less than supportive.
