Pros

The pay is decent, the atmosphere is great, hours are good, customer service is great.

Cons

Management is under too much stress with "numbers" and puts undue stress on employees, constant hourly push from Management to bring in better, never good enough, piers are too cut throat and customers are tired of being approached !

Pros

Great discount and environment for people who love fashion! The pay wasn't horrible and it's a great way to get some extra money.

Cons

Management lived for the company and didn't really understand a world outside of the place. They also had a tendancy to protect themselves with one another, instead of taking input or the word of lower level employees.
