Pros

Great fashionable environment that allows you to learn a lot about the industry and how it works. Nice people, although a younger crowd. Discounts.

Cons

It took a while for them to get back to me on whether or not I had the job, and the drive is rather long from my house.

Pros

commissions, great customers, somewhat flexible hours, fun at times.

Cons

Have to compete directly with associate or assistant managers who not only manage you, your schedule and your sales behavior, but also compete AGAINST you on the floor. Complete idiots promoted and considered in management ranks. Those who "can't" elsewhere, "CAN" at Nordstrom in my opinion.
