Pros

Free lunch from the cafe, fun atmosphere if you like your co workers. Flexible with hours and scheduling if you need to take off.

Cons

Many times there is no room to grow in the company, because they bring in outside people. The customers are always number one but many times the upper management will not listen to your side.

Pros

- Great benefits - Great work environment - Great discounts from other companies outside of the store

Cons

- Store manager hires poor managers for various depts. which leads to high worker turnover - Managers are not promoted from the bottom up but transferred from other stores - Extra effort from employee is not rewarded with higher salary or promotion - The dept. you are assigned to will determine how much money you can potentially earn and how hard you have to work. (EBar and Bistro - hard work, low pay, no commission)
