Pros

- you are given many opportunities to advance in the company - through commission you can challenge yourself and create your own salary - Great work environment

Cons

- The returns are a difficult part about being a salesperson at Nordstrom because every time an item you sold is returned it is taken out of your commission. It forces you to keep selling though
