Pros

You are generously rewarded for high performance. Be prepared to work long hard hours. Nordstrom has a very competitve work environment.

Cons

The pay in a commission environment is very unsteady. You have to budget carefully to prepare for the off season.

Pros

Its really up to you as to how much money you make. If your good with people and can sell.. you can make anywhere from 60 - 100,000

Cons

Hours kind of suck. Having to work weekends and holidays is also a con.
