Pros

- Good money - Decent benefits for retail - A lot better than most retail companies - If you like fashion, the discount is nice

Cons

- BLATANT favoritism among managers - It is almost 100% about who you know and who likes you - if they don't you are gone - Very poor work/life balance

Pros

Being able to work with people in a fun environment

Cons

Letting go of loyal associates because they aren't turning out the same sales numbers due to the economy and blaming this on associates. All associates are disposable.
