Pros

Some employees are very professional and couteous, but get no recognition.

Cons

Unprofessional management, no recognition for job well done, store manager is NOT customer oriented, store manager does not know how to treat employees. Store manager is abrupt to employees if he acknowledges them at all. I have seen some employees humilate customers yet those employees get recognized for a job well done! Management have no clue.

Pros

Paid Internships are rare- so this is good if you need to complete an internship for school; If you are looking to get into retail management, this may be a good opportunity

Cons

Not like other retail jobs, you are required to sell very aggressively. Only top sellers are asked to stay. They sell you a promise of a job after the internship which is not accurate... You will not immediately be a manger, you MAY be a salesperson if you are a top performer. You will work 12 hour days during the Anniversary Sale. You will work nights, weekends, holidays, opening, closing, etc. Plan to not have a life...
