Pros

Competitive pay compares to Bloomingdale's. Great benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, 401k and profit sharing. Lots of locations if you need to relocate.

Cons

No advancement opportunities, unless you 1. were an intern, 2. buddy up and always go out with department managers in the store. Crazy schedule, meaning you basically won't know what your schedule is till the last minute. HR department is a joke, anonymity does not exist. No work/life balance, meaning you will have to go to work on the day of your mom dies. No respects whatsoever, everybody is replaceable in this store.

Pros

it is an enthusiastic environment with lots of great people, and the ability to move quickly IF you have good sales

Cons

moving up in the company is sometimes political - even if you have good sales records, you might not get promoted if your not great friends with your manager
