Pros

Nordstrom offered really good pay considering I had little sales experience and the people were really nice to work with. I enjoyed the "perks," like a freebie here and there and the occasion Nordy Buck.

Cons

Being on the floor was sometime a little too cut throat that could make it upsetting some days. The customers can sometimes be entitled and difficult to work with.
