Pros

Money is great working in sales while attending college. Wearing a suit makes you feel good and look sharp. Attractive people. Management was understanding working about school schedule.

Cons

Customers can be high demanding and snooty. Expect to be beat from head to toe after working sales events like the yearly anniversary sale. Slow times are...slow (slow = less money). Had to work weekends.

Pros

For most part company treats employees with respect. By far the best retail environment I have worked in. As long as you are in a good department, you can make some pretty decent money by retail standards.

Cons

Some employees are allowed to get away with what should be unacceptable behavior because they have been there so long. Yes, they produce numbers, but that should not excuse a documented history of bad behavior and outright nastiness to coworkers.
