Pros

Friendly, Clean. Great clothes and shoes!

Cons

WAYY TOO LONG OF HOURS to be on your feet, work you overtime, bad shifts, if your department is slow your numbers will go down, mangment doesnt care about your personal life to them you have none, they want you to attack clients...let them shop without telling us employees to breathe down their necks and watch their every move!

Pros

great work ethic, knows the value of customer service, get to build your own business, great products

Cons

competitive in a bad way, power trips, stress, lack of efficiency to computers, performance mainly based on sales and not so much on how you work.
