Pros

Excellent benefits, the harder you work to sell the more you make, coworkers are all very friendly, great discount, overall a really great place to work

Cons

if you're not comfortable selling, you won't make much money. also, the smaller stores have some slow periods where fewer customers come in, limiting your ability to make money.

Pros

Great pay and incentives, room for advancement and promotions are from within. Benefits include medical dental 401 profit sharing stock purchase.

Cons

No set schedules, sitting at your desk for long periods, on phone for all of your shift, can't schedule vacations in November or December.
