Pros

Nordstrom offers highly competitive pay it is the highest pay. You’ll probably find working in the suburbs, great networking opportunity. You meet a lot of other professionals in a multitude of fashion industries.

Cons

hours get cut when business is slow based off of employee performance. If you can’t meet your goals your hours get cut often due to the lock of foot traffic into the store. If you are hired full-time that does not guarantee full-time hours.
