Pros

- Working alongside some of the veterans of the department who are all very nice people - When actually being able to hit your sales goals, your commission would be crazy good. - Sometimes the discount on merchandise was worthwhile, especially come Christmas time where it would rise to 30%, which is what managers usually get.

Cons

- Being treated like you meant nothing to the company. What I mean is sometimes your manager would be hard on you just because of what HR what tell her to say. - Being constantly berated about your sales goals and how you need to hit them. Personally it is usually super unrealistic unless people are actually coming into the store and we are busy. - Not making enough money unless full-time hours, which really doesn't make it worth it.
